Best sporting facilities, including a golf course, will be spruced in and around the capital city and efforts will be made to spread the sports culture among youth in a big way, said Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu here on Monday.

He said Andhra Pradesh government, in a bid to encourage the sportspersons taking part in the National Games at Kerala, has announced a cash incentive of Rs. 7 lakh for gold, Rs. 5 lakh for silver and Rs. 3 lakh for bronze. “These cash awards are the highest by any State government,” he said
