Dollar-rupee futures gained on Friday. USDINR April contract went up 2 paise or 0.03 percent at 63.38 as against previous close of 63.36.
The most active April contract witnessed a high of 63.54 and a low of 63.2375 after opening at 63.26.
A total of 0.89 million contracts were traded till 12:08 pm. Turnover for April contract was at Rs 56.74 billion. Meanwhile, open interest was at 1.26 million.
Indian rupee has depreciated on Friday against US dollar. Indian currency fell 7 paise or 0.11 percent against dollar to trade at 63.40.
